The identification results, safety classifications, and recommendations provided by BioLens.AI — including plant identification, plant disease diagnosis, food safety classifications, pet hazard warnings, and mango variety identification — are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

Specifically:

  • Food Safety (Food Guard): The Food Guard section provides general guidance on food identification and safety. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified nutritionist, food safety authority, or medical professional. If you suspect food poisoning or allergic reaction, seek immediate medical attention.
  • Pet Health (Pet Guard): The Pet Guard section provides general information about common plant and food hazards for cats and dogs. It is not a substitute for veterinary advice. If your pet has ingested a potentially toxic substance, contact a licensed veterinarian or an animal poison helpline immediately.
  • Plant Disease Diagnosis: Disease identification results are based on AI pattern recognition and may not be accurate in all cases. Consult a qualified agricultural extension officer or botanist before applying treatments, pesticides, or herbicides based on BioLens.AI results.
  • Flower and Plant Identification: While we strive for accuracy across 200+ species, AI identification can make errors, especially with rare species or low-quality images. Do not use BioLens.AI identification as the sole basis for consuming, handling, or cultivating any plant.

BioLens.AI, Atanico Digital Solutions, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any harm, injury, or loss resulting from reliance on information provided by this platform.

Use of the Service

You agree to use BioLens.AI only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Upload images that are obscene, offensive, or unrelated to botanical identification.
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce the structured botanical data provided on this platform for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of our systems.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or access the AI models that power BioLens.AI's identification services.

Intellectual Property

All content on BioLens.AI — including but not limited to written descriptions, botanical data, multilingual name databases, food safety classifications, mango variety profiles, pet hazard entries, and AI-generated identification results — is owned by or licensed to Atanico Digital Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the content for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. Reproduction or redistribution of content in bulk, for commercial use, or as part of another product or service is prohibited without prior written permission from Atanico Digital Solutions.

User-Submitted Content (Image Uploads)

When you upload an image to BioLens.AI for identification, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the image or have the right to submit it.
  • The image does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

As stated in our Privacy Policy, submitted images are processed in real time and are not permanently stored. You retain all rights to your submitted images.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the botanical, food safety, and pet hazard information on BioLens.AI is accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranty — express or implied — regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content on the platform.

Botanical science and safety knowledge evolve. Information that is accurate today may be superseded by new research. Always verify critical safety decisions with a qualified professional.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BioLens.AI and Atanico Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Personal injury or illness resulting from acting on plant identification or food safety information.
  • Harm to pets resulting from acting on pet hazard information.
  • Agricultural or crop losses resulting from acting on plant disease diagnosis results.
  • Financial losses arising from actions taken based on mango variety or market information.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to use of BioLens.AI shall not exceed INR 0 (zero), as BioLens.AI is a free, no-subscription service.
